- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Reusable Controlled Breathing container. This requirement is sole sourced to RBL Industries, 4030 Benson Avenue Baltimore, MD 21227, due to this item being a direct replacement to the dunnage that is already in use in the fleet. Any firms believing that they can provide RBL Container per the PHS&T container design may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, or reliability of the Shipping Container without causing programmatic hardship.
