- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Tentative solicitation release date is on 24 Feb 2012. Contractor shall furnish all plans, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for Access to Care Services to include but not limited to administrative support services to Primary Care Manager (PCM) teams and beneficiaries to ensure daily functions associated with patient appointing, patient records management, and consult tracking for the Primary Care Clinics. The Contractor shall provide services for the 18th Medical Group, also referred to as the "medical treatment facility" (MTF). The resulting contract will be a Firm fix price contract. Solicitation number is FA5270-12-R-0015. Solicitation will be issued on/about 24 Feb 2012. Offers shall be due on/about 26 Mar 2012 at 1630 PM EST. Performance to begin on 01 Oct 2012 for one (1) basic year plus four (4) option years. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting officer no later than 15 March 2012. This is to allow the Contracting Officer adequate time to obtain answers and post them to Fed Biz Opps thus allowing all interested parties access to the information.
