- Draft Statement of Work The U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Supplies and Services. This requirement includes Polycom brand name hardware and ancillary equipment, installation/ integration services, and required maintenance/ support services to facilitate technology lifecycle management. Services will include support of previously purchased Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) VTC/ ancillary equipment in use at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) offices throughout the United States and its territories, as well as new materials purchased through this contract vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, the following core sites: Lakehurst, NJ; China Lake, CA; Point Mugu, CA; Orlando, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Cherry Point, NC; and North Island, CA. The period of performance (PoP) is anticipated to be 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013, with four (4) one year option periods. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for this requirement. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal constitutes the best value to the Government utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. Eligibility to participate is restricted to firms who are Polycom brand name authorized resellers. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The size standard is 150 employees. All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation. The Solicitation number is N00421-11-R-0047, and it is anticipated to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 15 February 2012.
