- Statement of Work: TRACEN Yorktown Catholic Priest Contract The vendor will provide weekly scheduled Sunday Catholic religious services, as well as unscheduled religious services, as the need may present itself. Location: USCG Training Center Yorktown (Chapel) 1 US Coast Guard Road Yorktown, VA 23960 Technical Expert Point of Contact: Command Chaplain Karl Lindblad at (757)856-2778 ext. 2317 Contracting Officer: SKC Jennifer Rehberg at (757)856-2564 Required: MUST obtain Ecclesiastical Endorsement from the Military Archdiocese in order to perform any Catholic services onboard USCG Training Center Yorktown. Pursuant to the award of this contract the vendor will obtain and maintain 'Ecclesiastical Endorsement' from: Attn: Chancellor The Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. Post Office Box 4469 1025 Michigan Ave. NE Washington, DC 20017-0469 202.719.3607 (Office) 202.269.9651 (Fax) Continuation of the contract requires that such 'Endorsement' will be obtained by vendor within a reasonable length of time following the award of this contract. First day of Catholic Mass and services to be performed will be on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Scheduled Items (Typically 1 unit each): Sunday Morning Mass: - 1 Unit - Confessions. - 1 Unit - Mass. - 1 Unit - Supervision of Catholic Religious Education (this point is negotiable, can switch with the one unit of Confessions or a fellowship, baptism, etc). Minimum 2 units per Sunday. 52 Sundays Per Year - Minimum Total 104 Units. Holy Days (non-Sundays): New Year's Day Ash Wednesday Ascension Assumption All Saints Immaculate Conception Christmas: 1 or 2 Units each - Mass or Worship Service ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Unscheduled Items (Recommend 2 units each): Funerals Weddings Baptisms Confirmation 1st Holy Communion Memorial Services Typically these involve much more preparation/execution time, recommend 2 units assigned to each of these.
