- Construction of Sling Test/GSE Storage Area near Bldg 449/32(Design-Build) WR-ALC/PKO Infrastructure Support Branch, Robins AFB, GA offers this opportunity to be accomplished using competitive acquisition procedures, 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310, size standard $33.5M. This is a design-build construction project which consists of all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to construct a paved sling test area and ground support equipment (GSE) storage area near "Pad 8," building 449 and building 32. This paved area will provide for relocation of the current sling test area and additional storage space for mobile GSE. The rough order of magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http:www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the Primary POC. We anticipate releasing the Request for Proposal (RFP) NLT 15 February 2012.
