- Lease and Maintenance of Portable Chemical Latrines and Stand-Alone Hand Sanitizer Dispensers for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). This is a solicitation notice for non-personal services to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and storage to provide and maintain leased portable chemical latrines and stand-alone hand sanitizer dispensers to the Government at JBSA including Lackalnd AFB, Lackland Training Annex, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), Kelly Field Annex, Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Randolph AFB, Seguin Air Field and Canyon Lake Military Recreational Areas. The Government is anticipating awarding a FFP Requirements Contract, with a base period of 1 April 2012 through 31 Mar 2013 with four (4) one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991 and the business size standard is $7.0M. This acquisition is being issued as 100% total small business set aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. This solicitation will be issued as an RFP (Request for Proposal) and will be posted on Fed Biz Ops (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) electronically, in the near future. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet and it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a offer that will be considered by this Agency.
