Description

Performance Work Statement Sole Source Justification INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT. The solicitation number is FA8601-12-T-0100. The NAICS Code is 221310. The size standard is $7,000,000. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Lombardi Water Management, Inc. The purchase is for Industrial Water Treatment services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for the three month period of performance of 1 February 2012 through 30 April 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Daniel.Enders@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Daniel Enders, ASC/PKOBB, 937-656-1412 no later than 1600 am Eastern on 25 January 2012.
