- THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIEDACQUISITION FAR PART 13. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis toDRS ICAS, LLC, 21 Continental Blvd., Merrimack, NH 03054 on a Firm FixedPrice Purchase Order for (1) DF Processor and (1) C-130 DF Antenna to workwith an existing system already in place. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
