- A site visit will be held for interested contractors on 24 January 2012 from 1300-1600 EST. The location is 10119 Beach Rd, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060. The site visit will be limited to no more than 2 attendees per contractor (must be US Citizens). In order to attend, please provide the full name, company, phone number, and email address of the two attendees to the Contract Specialist, Danielle Kozup, Danielle.c.kozup.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Cynthia Geiss, Cynthia.j.geiss.civ@mail.mil by 0900 hours 23 January 2012. Ensure that all attendees bring a valid US drivers license, car registration, proof of insurance, and/or rental car agreement on the day of the site visit. The format of the site visit will consist of an overview presentation of AKO and a tour of the AKO Fort Belvoir facility. No questions will be taken or answered during the presentation and site visit. Any questions arising from the presentation or site visit should be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist, Danielle Kozup, Danielle.c.kozup.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Cynthia Geiss, Cynthia.j.geiss.civ@mail.mil.
