- This is a notice of intent that the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 intends to award an interim contract on a sole source basis to, Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories 1201 S Collegeville Rd Collegeville, PA 19426-2998 The contract is to provide Reference Laboratory Services for the U.S. Army, U. S. Navy, U. S. Air Force, Veteran's Administration, Coast Guard, the Federal Prison System, and other Federal Government Agencies, for a period of 6 months from 1 April 2012 thru 30 September 2012. CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories under authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 14 days after date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
