- The U.S. Army Heritage & Education Center, located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania has a requirement for a proposal of the design and installation of an exterior digital sign. The scope of this work is all inclusive to include; 1) the design of the foundation and support structure for the sign based on a concept design, 2) excavation and construction of an approved sign design, 3) digital sign procurement and installation, and 4) procurement and installation of fixed sign. Solicitation shall include rough specifications/dimensions based on a concept design of the exterior digital sign. An on-site visit will be scheduled with date and time to be provided in the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process, to include compliance with specifications and past performance. After award, contractor must provide completed design for approvals, prior to any work beginning. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and this requirement shall be unrestricted. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at the website http://www.ccr.gov. The estimate release date will be on or about 03 February, 2012.
