- Solicitation SPRBL1-12-R-0004 is for the one time production of NSN 5985-01-191-2232, Patriot AMG Strut Stabilizer. The Government will provide a technical data package. Quantity breaks are as follows: Quantity break 1: 1-4 Quantity break 2: 5-8 Quantity break 3: 9-12 The current Government demand is for 3 units; however, the Government is seeking optimal quantity break ranges. The final order quantity will be determined after discussions with all contractors in the competitive range. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The size standard is 500 employees. Final shipment destination, DLA Distribution - New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U).
