- Elevator Maintenance Services on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The work required is for the operation, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled repairs of passenger and freight elevators located in various buildings on the Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor shall provide the necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, generalized or specialized equipment necessary and all parts for the maintenance and repair of all elevators on the Rock Island Arsenal.
