- Amendment 3 Conformed Solitication Document NOTICE TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS: ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS. THE SOLICITATION DUE DATE AND TIME HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO 23 JAN 2012, 1:23:00 PM Mountain Time The 309th Software Maintenance Group (SMXG) plans to acquire the manufacture of cable assemblies with part numbers as follows: 200732231-10, 20 EA; 200827313-10, 20 EA; 200732146-10, 20 EA; 200732235-10, 20 EA. Drawings will be provided to potential vendors with a valid DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. Potential offerors must provide the approved certificate with the written request. Offerors must be registered to do business with the government prior to award in the Central Contractor Registration database (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) and have all online representations and certifications verified at (ORCA, https://orca.bpn.gov/).
