- This is the synopsis for an upcoming solicitation for building operations and maintenance services for the San Francisco Federal Building, 90 7 th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Using Commercial Items procedure pursuant to FAR Part 12 and Part 15, the GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim Region intends to procure and award a firm fixed price contract. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for two-year based period with four two-year options. Solicitation No. GS09P12KSD0003 is estimated to be uploaded and issued on January 20, 2012. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
