- Pre-solicitation Synopsis Repair of a Schenck Pegasus Heavy-Duty Dynamometer 2, Model 5ATKF5011LA01A001. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), located at 2565 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI has a requirement for the repair of a Schenck Pegasus Heavy Duty Dynamometer 2. This procurement will include a base bid, along with several repair options. The applicable NAICS code is 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 employees. A ?DRAFT? of the proposed Statement of Work for this requirement is available now on the following website: http://www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/ A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be issued. Contract award will be made using best value methodology. This is a full and open competition requirement. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system in order to be eligible for contract award.
