- Second draft of the Draft PWS. "What's New?" - This Notice will contain the running log of what is placed on FedBizOpps concerning the Combat Air Force (CAF) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) Operations and Integration (O&I) follow on contract (DMON 2.0). We will identify the item(s) posted and what the changes are and how they are applicable. Please note that all documents are to be considered draft until RFP release. We do encourage your review and comments back. This open dialogue between you, our industry partners and the government will make for a more streamlined and comprehensive acquisition. All questions, thoughts and concerns should be addressed to the Contract Negotiator, Mr. Larry Robillard - 937-255-3700, Larry.Robillard@wpafb.af.mil. 19 January 2012: Draft 02 (incorporating minor updates) of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the upcoming Request for Proposal for the CAF DMO O&I Follow on contract is posted today for all interested parties review and comments. ASC/WNS requests all correspondence to be submitted by Email to Larry Robillard ( larry.robillard@wpafb.af.mil ) NLT 10 February 2012. See attachment - 120109 PWS Draft two.pdf. 06 January 2012: Posted the list of interested parties from the 05 October 2011 Industry Day that provided permission and contact information to facilitate networking and teaming opportunities. See attachment - Interested Parties POC Information for Publication.pdf. 06 January 2012: Draft 01 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the upcoming Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Combat Air Force (CAF) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) Follow on contract is posted today for all interested parties review and comments. ASC/WNS requests all correspondence to be submitted by Email to Larry Robillard ( larry.robillard@wpafb.af.mil ) within approximately 30 days from this posting. See attachment - 120106 PWS Draft One.pdf. 20 October 2011: ASC/WNS performed a NAICS code determination and the revised NAICS code for this acquisition will be 541511. Interested parties can submit a response to our Request for additional information (see attachment - CAF DMO OI Request for Additional Information) pursuant to the change in NAICS code or the government will obtain the information from the Central Contractor Registration. Additionally, any contractor not responding to the initial RFI can still do so, although it is not required. Please see the CAF DMO OI Follow on Contract - RFI Revised 20 Oct 2011 document in the attachments for details to submit a response. Deadline for this submission is NLT 1500 (EST) 04 November 2011. Interested parties that previously submitted a response do not need to re-submit a response, just the optional response to the Request for Additional Information. 20 October 2011: Solicitation number FA8621-12-R-6253 has been assigned for the CAF DMO O&I follow on contract (DMON 2.0). No further updates will be published at the original site (DMO-OI-RFI-01). All interested parties should visit this site referencing the newly assigned solicitation number FA8621-12-R-6253 for current and future information on this acquisition. Relevant documents from the original solicitation are posted at this location to assist interested parties in locating all relevant information pursuant to this acquisition: 1) RFI, 2) Industry Day Briefing, 3) Industry Day Participants and Q&A.
