- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The terms and conditions applicable to this action are 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, SAQMMA12R0089 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This is a Partial Small Business Set-Aside for two small businesses and two large businesses. The Department of State's, Bureau of International Information Programs(IIP), Office of American Spaces (AS)is soliciting proposals for books, videocassettes, DVDs, CD-ROMs, and other public diplomacy multimedia materials, in accordance with the attached solicitation and Statement of Work. We will establish four separate BPAs with the option to extend up to four additional years. The BPA does not consititute a guarantee of work. BPA Calls are on an as needed basis. See the attached solicitation document for specific information, the Statement of Work, and how to respond. -All questions should be sent to borekMP@state.gov by Friday, February 3, 2012 at 11:00AM EST. All proposals are due by Monday, March 5, 2012, 12:00Noon EST.
