- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Modification 0001 is being issued to answer questions received concerning N00178-12-Q-4042 53 Shelter Trailer. Question 1: Inside width of 100.5 is a problem for a standard width van (102 outside width) with 3 of insulation inside width will be 96 Answer 1: The 96" for the inside width shall be ok. For clarification: Vendors are requested to use their Internet Websites and Google the SECNAV M-5510-36 Instructions, if needed. The delivery date is still 30 April 2012.
