- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Health Care System, Manchester, NH, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Advanced Sterilization products for a maintenance agreement with the Manchester VA Health Care System under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 and the size standard is $19 million. The award will be issued as a firm-fixed-price contract including but not limited to the following: provide planned maintenance and corrective maintenance for the Advanced Sterilization Products Sterrad NX Sterilizers Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This covers two (2) planned and all corrective maintenance procedures. Service requested outside of these hours would be at the prevailing overtime rates. Due to the proprietary characteristics of the sterilizers, no other vendors with the unique capabilities are able to provide the necessary services. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be issued and proposals will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses the financial capacity with relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within five (5) days from this notice's publication date. Supporting evidence must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
