- This is a Construction contract for construction of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Research and Development Center, Cognitive Ecology Flume, Building 3284, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39183. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the complete and fully operational Cognitive Ecology Flume. Principal features of the work include floor demolition, excavation, dewatering, installation of all mechanical equipment, plumbing, cast-in-place concrete floors, installation of acrylic windows/walls and environmental protection.
