- PR 0043863555, NSN 1560-01-207-7485, WINDSHIELD PANEL, AIRCRAFT. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N 70216-01009-101. Approved sources are GSE Dynamics, CAGE 29183; PPG Industries, CAGE 53117; and GKN Aerospace Transparency System, CAGE 86175. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 427 each. There are no quantity options. Production lead-time is 90 DARO. FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Destination. This procurement is a Partial (50%) Small Business Set-aside. Item is source-controlled. Alternate offers are not acceptable. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. A Mylar is required and it is the contractor's responsibility. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
