- Description: Transmitter, Liquid Quantity NSN is 6680-01-148-5823, PR 0043123814. Approved Source: Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE Code:98897) P/N 697712-11 and Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. (CAGE Code: 89305) P/N 20032-0000-0102. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Required quantity is 72 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 274 days after receipt of order (ARO). Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) electronic annual FAR representations and certifications shall be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
