- The intent of this Request for Proposal is to procure services to conduct Northern Spotted Owl and Marbled Murrelet Surveys at various locations on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. All field work shall be completed in compliance with specified protocols and as indicated on the task orders written against the intended IDIQ contract. Note: Prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by call 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
