Total of one OCONUS shipping location. FOB at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 6.1, full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of order. This is a presolicitation notice only. The solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) January 23, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This solicitation will be available on DIBBS January 23, 2012.
