- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026312T0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55 Effective 03 Jan 2012, and DFARS DPN 20111220. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811490 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This acquisition is to establish a preventative maintenance program for Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina ™s fleet of boats. The location of all the boats is Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina (MCRDPI) The services will be acquired utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the intended contractual instrument is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract for the preventative maintenance of MCRDPIs fleet of boats for a one (1) year base period of performance and one (1) option year period. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1: M0026312T0005.pdf See Attachment 1 for all applicable contract requirements, provisions, and clauses. Award will be made on a Best Value basis as outlined in Attachment 1. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include all information required in the RFQ provided in Attachment 1. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. To be considered for award, offeror ™s must be registered in Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. Awardee must be registered at Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil for electronic submission of invoices.
