- On or about 27 January 2012, the St. Louis District will issue an Request For Quote (RFQ) for Mowing Services at Mark Twain Lake. This solicitation will be for small businesses participation only under the NAICS Code 561730 with a limited size standard of $7 Million Dollars. The basics of award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA. Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). Follow the instructions located at the www.fbo.gov website to register for electronic notification, interested vendors information, and access to secured documents.
