- NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Electromech Technologies. The proposed contract action is for fifty(50) Stators p/n: 82D77-3. No specs or drawings were supplied to the purchasing activity due to the fact that they are proprietary to Electomech Technologies. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Electromech Technologies is the sole source supplier of these electronic tools. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by Monday, January 30, 2012, 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), via email. If no responses are received, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego will proceed with the sole source award.
