Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20 VA Health Network, 4815 N. Assembly St., Spokane, WA 99205, which intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for 5 years from date of award to provide hotel conference room rental in the following cities: Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA, Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Anchorage, AK, Boise, ID. The Government is seeking to enter into multiple small business set-aside Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with vendors who can demonstrate capability of providing hotel conference room rentals in the cities noted above for 5 years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 721110. The small business size standard is $30 million USD. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, a total volume of purchases for this BPA of $40,000 annually. The Product/Service Code for this acquisition is X1AB. This procurement has been set-aside 100% to Total Small Business concerns. Solicitation packages should be available on or about 02/01/2012 with a closing date on or about 02/15/2012 via RFQ# VA260-12-Q-0010.
