- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for the maintenance of projection systems and portable video conferencing system at Camp Zama, Japan. The equipment to be maintained are six (6) each of Clarity Lion UXL projection systems (WN-6750-UXL) and one (1) each of Tandberg Portable 6000 MXP. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed or/and registered to perform the work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.
