- NOTICE TEXT: Defense Logistics Agency DLA Aviation- This synopsis is for NSN 5995-01-463-4254, Wiring Harness, Branched for a quantity of 66 each. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies for 2 units. 100% SBSA procedures are utilized under the Full and Open Competition guidelines The required delivery schedule with FAT is 384 days. Delivery Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
