- This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source under Far Part 6.302-2, National Conveyors Company, located at 33 Nicholson Road East Granby, CT 06026. This purchase is to procure Elements Guards and Bag Cages for the Steam Plant aboard Camp Lejeune, NC by this vendor under NACIS Code 333922. Solicitation M6700112Q0079.. CLIIN 0001: ELEMENTS, GUARD FILTERS, WIRE MESH: Qty 8 ea. CLIIN 0002: CAGE-BAG, Qty 59 ea. CLIIN 0003: SHIPPING, Qty 1 ea. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 2 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The facsimile transmission must clearly identify this notice and the name of the purchasing agent on the first page.
