- ITEM 0001: NSN 4920-01-213-3851RN, Part Number 21C5839G03,Fixture, Engine Main, used to stabilize. Requirement is for 3 EACH USAFIN BASIC YEAR. Also included are 4 Option Periods. Option I is validfor 365 days, 1-3 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-3 each; OptionIII is valid 1095 days, 1-3 each; and Option IV is valid 1460 days, 1-23each. Materials: Steel.DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: FE5270, one (1) each; ITEM 0002: FE1821, two (2)each. Delivery Schedule is 210 Days ARO. Delivery of options is 210 days after exercise of option. Location to bedetermined. Drawings will be made available online when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 23 Jan 2012; proposals are due 22Feb 2012. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation atwww.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and nohard copies will be mailed out. This is a small-business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit abid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Allquestions regarding the RFP and /or the data packages must be submittedin writing to Chester.Popham@robins.af.mil with a copy toDawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil on all submissions. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS.All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov.However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included.Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification forsolicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPSsite prior to submission of proposal. Anticipated award date is 8 Mar 2012. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Based uponmarket research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for thedescribed supplies or services. However, interested parties may identifyto the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy theGovernment's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of thisnotice.
