- 'Appendix C' Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation (SF 1449) This is a formal solicitation for the installation of a new Fixed Gas Detection System to be installed in the engine test cell at buildings 3234 and 3734, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, 73145. Please see the attached solicitation (SF 1449), SOW, and "Appendix C." A site visit will be scheduled to the above locations. Please see solicitation provision 5352.215-9001 on page 52 of the solicitation for instructions on how to participate in the site visit.
