Description

The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has the requirements to host the Conference in the vicinity of El Salvador, held from 12 through 21 April 2012. The requirements include Conference Facilities (conference room, administrative room, meeting rooms, translators' room), Hotel Parking, Audio Visual Equipment, Phone lines, Internet, Meals, Welcome Reception, and Lodging for approximately of 80 participants. Interested offerors must meet all requirements included in the Solicitation. The complete solicitation with Statement of Work will be released on or about 27 January 2012. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov All responsible offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered for award, interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the web site.
