- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-12-T-TC05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Quote price FOB destination to Virginia Beach, VA 23459. The associated NAICS code is 339999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This requirement is unrestricted. Line Item 0001: 138 each: P/N: 4053901; Kit, Overhaul, Demand Valve, LARV, Drager Line Item 0002: 138 each: P/N: 4054994; Kit, Overhaul Breathing Loop, LARV, Drager Line Item 0003: 138 each: P/N: 4056477; Kit, Overhaul MK25 UBA Pressure Reducer, Drager Line Item 0004: 157 each: P/N: 4054795; Kit, Overhaul, Valve, LARV, MOD2, 02/package, Drager Line Item 0005: 28 each: P/N: T13285; Assembly, Mouthpiece, Drager Brand name required due to safety issues and compatibility (form, fit and function) with existing equipment and inventory. No refurbished or reconditioned acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation, is technically acceptable and provides the best value to the Government.
