- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk and Other Dairy Items for Customers in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. areas. Customers in these areas include: Dover AFB, Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, Marine Barracks DC, USNS Annapolis, Summerfield Youth Program, Indian Head NSWC, Head Start Program, DC; the MD Air National Guard, Ft. Meyer, Ft. Belvoir, Ft. McNair, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Ft. Detrick, Ft. Meade, St. Elizabeth Hospital, DC; National Institutes of Health, USNS Comfort, Southern MD Tri-County Commission, National Naval Medical Center, Walter Reed Army Hospital, Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Dewitt Army Hospital, USCG Port Baltimore, and the Potomac JCC. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk and Other Dairy Items for delivery beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 28, 2014. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: February 15, 2012.
