Description

1.SCOPE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Division, Boston Regional Office, is seeking sources for procurement of Machinery to an eligible veteran in the Chapter 31 rehabilitation program to support an approved self employment plan. 2.SUPPLY Stock No.All items manufactured by Envirosight E-VID-0021-0117" Computer Monitor E-VID-0039-0019" LCD Monitor E-VID-0054-00DVR/VCR Combo 7X14 Tandem Axle Trailer - fully customized - Full width dual swing out rear doors, single front curbside door, torflex axels, 3,500-7,000 GVWR. Electric brakes 80" interior height, tongue jack, exterior painted white. Includes 5.0KW Honda Tongue Mounted (electric start, vinyl cover, shore power cord and breaker box with 12V converter, Honda 5000EM iSAB) - Interior to include - Pass through door in bulkhead wall, Rubber top desk surface with T molding edge, 3 position rack mount cabinet, overhead task lighting, tinted plexiglass window, operator chair, 3 wall outlets, wall switches, internal/external video selector, walls covered with factory finished plywood and painted white, ceiling covered with dark colored carpeting, floor covered with black anti skid cross tread rubber.
