- This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued as part of market research to identify possible vendor solutions for remote proctoring in support of the administration of the Internet Computerized Adaptive Testing (ICAT) Armed Service Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with possible expansion to overseas locations.
