- U.S. Department of The Interior/National Business Center Information Technology Directorate is seeking businesses having the ability to provide four months software subscription renewal licenses from ASG Federal Inc. for PRO/JCL. This requirement involves maintaining existing warranties and/or not violating the use of the proprietary software. Firms shall provide a written notice containing a description of how they would provide this service. Notices shall contain a point of contact with phone number. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if a competitive opportunity exists. This notice represents the Government's only official notice of this procurement action. The Government intends to award a sole-source annual renewal subscription contract to ASG Federal Inc. All sources responding shall submit information relating to their business status for NAICS 541549. A firm is considered small if its size standard does not exceed 500 employees.This solicitation does not commit the government to pay any costs for the preparation and submission of a proposal in response to this sources sought announcement.The acquisition is not set-aside and is being negotiated as a SOLE SOURCE procurement.Interested parties must respond by 4:00 pm mountain time 1/18/2012.
