- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Florence, Colorado. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed requirements. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient hospital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The anticipated contract type is indefinite delivery requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base and four-one year option periods, if exercised, are as follows: estimated 110 inpatient days and 50 outpatient visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about February 6, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interest parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date of receipt of proposal is April 6, 2012. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contract for which they are eligible. The North American Industry Classification System code for this solicitation is 622110. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
