Requested delivery of 136 days ARO. This NSN is not commercial. Solicited Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Solicitation will result in a Purchase Order of 3225 units. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
