- Notice 1 Purpose of this Notice is to Answer Questions to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Q1) What size strap is being used in this application? A1. In the Purchase Description, Section 1.1.1 specifies a Strapping width shall be 5/8" (15.9 mm) and thickness shall be.015-.023 inches (.381-.584 mm) Q2) What size strap track is wanted? A2. Government will be using a strap dispenser. Q3) Is a sealed operation desired? A3. Government cannot utilize the sealed operation in our process. Closing date and time will not change.
