- Initiative is for the set up of a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a base period of one year and four one-year option periods for NSN 3110-00-471-1756. This NSN is a source controlled item identifiable to a Bell Helicopter part number 204-011-111-3. Approved manufacturing sources are: Roller Bearing Company of America (CAGE 51588) and McGill Manufacturing (CAGE 92563) DFARs 252.225-7016 applies to this NSN. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This NSN has been identified as a Critical Safety Item and is a Flight Safety Critical Item. A Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC) is required. The solicitation will cite the applicable minimum ordering and maximum ordering quantities as well as the estimaated annual demand. The solicitation will be issued on January 18, 2012.
