(CAGE: 78500) P/N: SA75650103; & Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems (CAGE: ZD014) P/N: SA75650103. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. The DFARS 225.7009 Restriction against the acquisition of foreign ball and roller bearings applies to this item. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity contract (IQC) spanning five years. The guaranteed minimum is 102 EA for the base year only. Estimated annual demand is 408 EA, and maximum annual contract quantity is 816 EA. FOB destination, Inspection & Acceptance at destination. Requested Delivery is 144 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Possible stock delivery locations include any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about February 6, 2012 and close on or about March 6, 2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
