- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to award an Order to ImmixGroup Inc. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Zylab Enterprise Maintenance and Support. ImmixGroup Inc. is the only maintenance and support provider for the Zylab Enterprise Maintenance and Support. TTB has fully implemented the ZyLab's Document Management Software (ZyIMAGE Suite) and requires annual maintenance support. ZyLab, Inc. requires that all of ZyLab's Document Management software are directly supported via manufacturer direct maintenance support plans. ZyLab, Inc. offers its products to the federal government via a sole GSA Schedule held by ImmixGroup Technology. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by February 2, 2012 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention B. Cooper/G. Huffman. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
