Description
Notice of Intent to award sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Providence, Rhode Island (Network Contracting Office 1 (New England) 650/90C) intends to negotiate and award a contract to S. Marcus (Philadelphia, PA DUNS 968038344), (WOSB). The services are described as follows: this is a research contract for bio-statistical instrumental variable analysis for the purpose of development of advanced statistical methods to estimate the benefits of supported employment and housing and specifically in conjunction with receipt of Section 8 vouchers by homeless veterans. This research directly supports the VA's initiatives in reducing and ending homelessness among the veteran population. The study and research are carried out by the VISN1 Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center (MIRECC) at VA Connecticut Healthcare Center. A five-year indefinite delivery contract estimated at $75,000.00 is under consideration. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1. This notice contains information current through FAC 2005-55. The NAICS is 541712. The PSC is AN43. No solicitation will be posted to this site.
