Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-12-T-0132 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name justification, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13,FAR Part 52.211-6, and total small business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. SEE RFQ ATTACHMENT FOR A DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY OF LINE ITEMS Estimated award 13 February, 2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by 27 January, 2012 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please quote all items or none. The Government will not pay for any information received. Fascimile proposals are acceptable, the preferred method is via email. Please send information to POC above.
