- DD254 Continuation Sheet DD254 Past Performance Questionnaire Request for Proposal The Government intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, firm fixed price contract for Vulnerability Management Support Services. DLA Information Operations at New Cumberland, PA located at Susquehanna, PA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide daily Information Assurance (IA) operational support, policy, and strategic planning for DLA Distribution, which currently encompasses the DLA Distribution Headquarters (HQ), twenty-six (26) distribution centers, satellite activities, and eleven (11) mapping activities. The FOB point is DLA Distribution New Cumberland PA (destination). The period of performance will include (1) one base year with (4) four option years. Solicitation number SP3300-12-R-0006 will be released on or about (O/A) 18 January 2012, closing date O/A 20 February 2012. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this Agency.
