Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Casper Delineated Area: North: Salt Creek Hwy to I-25 South: I-25 to Hwy 258 (SE Wyoming Blvd.) East: Hwy 258 (SE Wyoming Blvd.) to US-26 West: US-26 Bypass to Salt Creek Hwy. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,246 ABOA (4,882 RSF) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and located on one level without being split by a corridor. Space must have potential for an efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. Space shall not be located within close proximity to residential areas, schools, parks or churches. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including a total of six (6) surface parking spaces and a sally port for dedicated secured access. The Government requires building access and in-suite services on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. All services, supplies, utilities, portioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative.
